40 kHz Ultrasonic Atomizers

Wide Dispersion Atomizing Probe – 40 kHz The wide dispersion atomizing probe works with the VCX 134 PB Ultrasonic Processor (same as the VCX 130 PB Ultrasonic Processor but 40 kHz) and screws into the CV 24 or CV 243 converter. The liquid dispensed onto the probe surface is disintegrated, and ejected to form a wide low velocity spray pattern. Atomization can be continuous or intermittent. With water, the maximum delivery capability is 10 l/hour. The probe is fabricated of titanium alloy TI-6AL-4 V. Median drop size : 45 microns. Wide dispersion atomizing probe 40 kHz (H x W) 25/8 in.
